A 3-day festival, with flamenco workshops for children, teens, and adults, and a spectacular closing show!

Borne out of migrations in and out of Andalusia, Flamenco is innately a fusion of cultures that is now its own distinct art form. From Jul. 31st-Aug. 2nd, we welcome community members to sign-up for flamenco workshops. Attendees will be introduced to flamenco; the dance, the music, and its history.

After the closing-show, attendees will be invited to take part in a flamenco jam session. If you are new to flamenco, worry not. We can show how to clap along, stomp along, play along, sing along flamenco-style!

KW Nuevo Flamenco sensation, Juneyt Yetkiner, will open the evening with his favourite flamenco rumbas. This will be followed by traditional flamenco dance performances by international guest, Josie Sinnadurai, accompanied by local artists, Claudia & Julian (a.k.a. CaluJules) on guitar and vocals.
